The service begins before you even arrive, with text notifications reminding you of check-in times, to stop by if you need to store your luggage before check-in, and where to park when you arrive. The level of service we received when we arrived is only matched by that of the King Edward in Toronto. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. Having stayed here both before and after the remodel, the rooms have had some serious updates and there was a Nespresso, kettle, steamer, mini fridge, and hair drier in our room, as well as a Roku TV that resets after your stay. These are smaller rooms, and still maintain the charm of an older hotel, with modern amenities. This hotel has become a mainstay of our annual trip to Stratford, and we look forward to staying here for years to come.”
